Allow me to hold space and guide you, as we prepare your

mind, body and soul on this sacred journey.

May our souls connect so that healing can take place

on all levels of your being.

I will guide you on your chosen path, helping consolidate your affairs,

transmuting any of your fears and lovingly support you

in every step of the way.

I am Michelle Boniwell, heart led and divinely sent.

 Doula Services

I offer my time and energy to those at their end of life,

those recently diagnosed as having limited time on this Earthly plane,

as well as associated family and friends.

My services include but are not limited to:

​

~ Holistic support in a spiritual, non spiritual, cultural or religious way.

​

~ Emotional Support and guidance.

​

~ Advocating your needs and assisting communication between family, friends, neighbours, health care and other service teams, hospice and funeral directors.

​

~ Attending Appointments with you. Ensuring you aren't alone, as well as taking notes,

asking questions to your medical team and assisting you process the information given.

​

~ Guided Meditations for relaxation and soul healing.

​

~ Gentle Hand and Foot Massages for comfort and relaxation.

​

~ Advanced Care Plan : detailing your values and preferences for your future healthcare. 

This helps guide your loved ones and doctors to make decisions on your behalf

when you aren't able to do so for yourself.

~ Vigil Planning : to ensure your wishes are upheld during the active dying stage.

​

~ Creating Legacy Projects and memories.

Finding a unique way to remember you by.

Something that can be passed on to those whom you love

or those within your family line.

For example : your family recipes, important life events and wisdom, 

the love and relationships you've enjoyed, your personal accomplishments, your faith, your hopes and dreams (both realised and not) and much more.

~ Holding Vigil and being present at your time of death if requested.

 

~ After Death Care Planning and Directives : your wishes and preferences 

regarding the care and preparation of your body.

Including washing and dressing of your body, discussing cooling beds

and OrganDonation. 

​

~ Funeral Care Plan : including Wake, Funeral, Burial,

Cremation, Shrouds and Sustainable Alternatives.

​

~ Bereavement support : follow up visits with family members if requested.

​

I am here for you at every stage, offering continuity of care.

$55 per hour

plus $25 travel fee if outside 25km radius

Advanced Care Planning Package

3 hours

Weekly Assistance*

Two hours of service, once a week

$110

Monthly Package*

Two hours of service, once a week

over four consecutive weeks

Terms & Conditions
for End of Life Doula Services

 

Disclaimer

 

Everything discussed during the appointment with Michelle Boniwell is kept confidential and information given is up for interpretation by the client.

 

Any notes taken or client information gathered will be kept for seven years as per the conditions of Michelle Boniwell’s Professional and Liability Insurance.

 

These sessions should not be used as a substitute to treat any medical condition or discontinue a prescribed treatment by your licensed medical doctor.

 

You are reminded that ultimately, your choice and decision belongs solely to you.

 

Please consult your GP and certified health practitioner for any health

or mental issues first and foremost.

 

Michelle Boniwell holds the right to immediately cancel a session if she feels unsafe or threatened at anytime during the appointment, deeming any refunds void.

 

Respect is expected at all times and deeply appreciated.

Terms and Conditions ​

 

Payment Policy

 

Payment must be made at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to commencement of scheduled appointment or for short notice appointments payment must be within 24 hours

of receiving invoice, whichever may apply.

 

If not, the appointment will be cancelled and I will do my best to make contact with you before this happens.

 

In the event of financial hardship please call to discuss prior to making an appointment.

 

For reoccurring appointments, advanced payments can be set up in

weekly, fortnightly or monthly instalments.

 

​Cancellation Policy 

 

Cancellation's will be considered under special circumstances and

refunds are considered on a case by case situation and are up to the discretion

of Michelle Boniwell. 

 

No refunds are given if you forget to turn up to your appointment. ​

After then you will have to re-book and pay to confirm another appointment.

​

Late Arrival Policy

 

Please ensure you are on time for your appointment. Please attempt to make contact with me if you are running late. I am not responsible for any time lost.

​

Change of Appointment Time Policy

 

Once paid, date and time changes need to be made at least 24 hours before the original booked appointment time and will be considered only under special circumstances.

 

What if I need to cancel your Appointment?

 

In the highly unlikely event that I need to cancel your appointment

I will give you as much notice as possible and either provide you with a full refund

if I’m unable to transfer your booking to a suitable, alternative date.

​

These terms and conditions form part of the Agreement

between you (the Client) and myself. 

 

Making a booking indicates your understanding, agreement to and acceptance

of the Disclaimer Notice and the full Terms and Conditions contained herein.
